Responsibilities include defining multi-year architecture, solving complex performance and reliability challenges, leading migrations, establishing engineering standards, applying AI-assisted development, shaping AI-powered features, and advising the CTO and technology leaders. The role spans web, mobile, APIs, distributed systems, data stores, real-time platforms, observability, and continuous delivery while mentoring senior engineers and influencing multiple teams.

Senior operational partner to the Product GM, translating strategy into priorities, roadmaps, measurable goals, and execution plans. Owns portfolio planning, Jira and delivery visibility, reporting cadence, governance, capacity and financial planning, risk management, and cross-functional strategic initiatives across Product and Engineering. The role also improves operating models, supports AI-enabled product development, and drives accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement across teams.

Coordinates LATAM office operations, vendors, workplace services, attendance, safety protocols, internal and external events, marketing logistics, branded materials, and executive support. The role manages regional calendars, event budgets, project trackers, translations, procurement, welcome kits, and post-event reporting while supporting a welcoming and efficient workplace.

Architect and scale Pepperstone’s global trading platform and liquidity-routing infrastructure. The role designs MT4, MT5, cTrader, and TradingView environments; leads major infrastructure projects; optimizes OneZero and PrimeXM liquidity bridges; engineers FIX connectivity and routing; diagnoses platform and pricing issues; and advises technology, trading operations, DevOps, and external partners. It requires deep FX/CFD trading-platform expertise, low-latency networking, SQL, and delivery of complex fintech infrastructure projects.

Supports the Head of Crypto by coordinating business planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives. Leads transformation and change-management activities, improves operating tools and processes, manages stakeholder alignment, supports internal communications, and facilitates vendor, SOW, and invoice processes. Represents the Crypto business unit in leadership forums and translates complex performance insights into actionable recommendations.

The Senior Data Platform Engineer will design and maintain a scalable Enterprise Data Platform, ensuring high performance in trading environments, managing infrastructure, and collaborating with teams to deliver solutions.

Senior individual contributor who guides multiple teams on technical direction, improves engineering standards and developer experience, leads platform-level initiatives, champions CI/CD and observability, mentors engineers, and supports hiring and delivery alignment across the organisation.

Design, build and maintain scalable, highly available trading platform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability and self-service tooling. Improve reliability, automation, monitoring, incident readiness, capacity planning and developer experience while leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
