Supports the Head of Crypto by coordinating business planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives. Leads transformation and change-management activities, improves operating tools and processes, manages stakeholder alignment, supports internal communications, and facilitates vendor, SOW, and invoice processes. Represents the Crypto business unit in leadership forums and translates complex performance insights into actionable recommendations.

Develop and maintain automated API, integration, and regression tests; extend test frameworks; integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines; investigate failures; manage test data; communicate quality risks; and collaborate with developers, manual QA, product, and engineering teams to improve testing practices and software quality.

Owns testing for assigned software features from requirements through release. Designs and executes functional, exploratory, integration, and regression tests; performs API testing; validates data with SQL; and investigates issues using logs. Collaborates with product and delivery teams in an Agile environment, identifies automation opportunities, and improves QA processes, test coverage, and Continuous Delivery practices.
