Manages recreation front desk operations, including staff supervision, training, customer service, POS and registration system administration, revenue reconciliation, records management, budgeting, supplies, facility rentals, and scholarship administration. The role also audits transactions, troubleshoots software and hardware issues, resolves customer and departmental concerns, supports payroll and reporting, and ensures compliance with financial, confidentiality, and safety procedures.

Manages grant and donor-restricted fund budgets, expenditures, cash flow, compliance, records, and reporting. Coordinates financial, programmatic, outcome, and impact data; prepares reports for funders, donors, auditors, and tax filings; supports grant proposals; and develops systems to improve grant administration, stewardship, and organizational compliance.

Manages corporate sponsorships, donor acknowledgements, development records, grant prospecting, and fundraising initiatives. Researches funding opportunities; prepares, writes, edits, and submits grant proposals, budgets, and supporting documents. Collects and communicates program outcomes and impact metrics through proposals, reports, presentations, marketing, and donor stewardship. Builds relationships with sponsors, donors, grantors, community organizations, and internal departments while managing deadlines and administrative requirements.

The Ice Rink Support is responsible for on-ice instruction, refereeing, facility supervision, ice maintenance, and patron services ensuring a safe atmosphere.

Provide administrative and database support for development and membership operations: manage donor/member records, process gifts and memberships, run data imports/exports and reports, support fundraising and stewardship communications, coordinate meetings and events, assist with Raiser's Edge transition, and provide basic technical support for development systems.

Support athletics programs by coordinating leagues, managing registration, assisting coaches with practices and equipment, preparing schedules, payroll and reports, participating in professional development, and ensuring safety compliance under manager supervision.

The Membership Sales Associate is responsible for engaging potential members, meeting sales goals, handling memberships, providing tours, customer service, and supporting marketing efforts.
