Serve as primary Manager-on-Duty for the museum Playhouse, supervising and training part-time floor staff, managing daily operations (opening/closing, safety, maintenance), handling customer service, membership and payments, monitoring supplies, and coordinating exhibit and facility upkeep. Rotate weekend shifts and attend staff meetings; perform physical tasks and support museum values and safety procedures.

Patrol and monitor park areas, provide crowd and traffic control at events, guide patrons, report incidents to sworn officers, inspect for hazards, follow safety procedures, and perform related duties.

Provide hands-on support for recreation programs serving individuals with disabilities. Assist the Peoria Park District recreation team with planning, coordinating, and hosting community programs and events. Support logistics for initiatives like Power Lunches and resource fairs, participate in signature events and professional development, follow safety procedures and district policies, and perform physical tasks including prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Patrol park areas on foot or by vehicle, enforce park rules and laws, complete police reports, inspect facilities for safety, respond to and document incidents, provide customer service, and follow safety procedures. Must support Park District safety programs and perform other assigned duties.

Provide administrative and database support for development and membership operations: manage donor/member records, process gifts and memberships, run data imports/exports and reports, support fundraising and stewardship communications, coordinate meetings and events, assist with Raiser's Edge transition, and provide basic technical support for development systems.

Coordinate and grow Peoria Zoo memberships by recruiting, retaining, and renewing members; assist with member events, mailings, recordkeeping, fundraising and sponsorship efforts; support marketing, clerical tasks, and customer service; collaborate with district facilities to promote membership benefits and assist at donor and special events.

Support athletics programs by coordinating leagues, managing registration, assisting coaches with practices and equipment, preparing schedules, payroll and reports, participating in professional development, and ensuring safety compliance under manager supervision.

The Membership Sales Associate is responsible for engaging potential members, meeting sales goals, handling memberships, providing tours, customer service, and supporting marketing efforts.

Support after-school programs by supervising and assisting youth with homework, activities, and computers; maintain safety and supplies; participate in events, professional development, and team-building; follow Park District policies and safety procedures.

Student internship assisting the Information Security team with AI design/training, compliance testing and remediation, network analysis and security, system auditing and testing, and supporting Park District events and professional development activities.

The FOCUS Program Facilitator assists in implementing activities for an adult day program, providing support and care for individuals with disabilities.

The Inclusion Services Staff at HISRA ensures the safety and inclusion of campers with disabilities, assisting program staff and communicating with families.

The DREAM2 Group Leader supervises and instructs recreational and educational programs for children ages 5-13, ensuring accomplishment of social and educational goals through curriculum development and engaging activities.

The Ice Rink Support is responsible for on-ice instruction, refereeing, facility supervision, ice maintenance, and patron services ensuring a safe atmosphere.

Supervise and direct daily patrol and security operations across park district properties; coordinate patrols for events; manage scheduling, equipment, reports, training, and internal investigations; collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies and legal partners; participate in emergency response and community engagement; enforce departmental policies and maintain officer readiness and professional conduct.
