Manages recreation front desk operations, including staff supervision, training, customer service, POS and registration system administration, revenue reconciliation, records management, budgeting, supplies, facility rentals, and scholarship administration. The role also audits transactions, troubleshoots software and hardware issues, resolves customer and departmental concerns, supports payroll and reporting, and ensures compliance with financial, confidentiality, and safety procedures.

Officiates adult recreational volleyball games according to USA Volleyball rules, maintains a safe and respectful environment, enforces rules impartially, tracks scores and results, manages disputes, conducts pre-game checks, and reports injuries or incidents. The role requires clear communication, sound judgment, professionalism, prolonged standing, record keeping, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Manages grant and donor-restricted fund budgets, expenditures, cash flow, compliance, records, and reporting. Coordinates financial, programmatic, outcome, and impact data; prepares reports for funders, donors, auditors, and tax filings; supports grant proposals; and develops systems to improve grant administration, stewardship, and organizational compliance.
