Lead delivery of a CMS public data platform with a cross-functional team of 15–25 people. Responsibilities include facilitating agile ceremonies, coordinating government stakeholders, managing contract and task-order requirements, identifying delivery risks, overseeing security and accessibility compliance, reporting progress, improving efficiency through automation, and leading the transition from the incumbent contractor. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to CMS headquarters.

Own government contract pursuits from qualification through submission across federal and state agencies. Build agency and partner relationships, develop win strategies, lead proposal and color-team reviews, coordinate pricing, identify teaming partners, and manage multiple concurrent bids. The role requires strong government capture experience, writing ability, technical literacy in software modernization and data platforms, and the ability to pass a public trust background check while working remotely within the United States.
