- Have a passion for civic technology and a strong background in either engineering, product management, policy, or human-centered design, with a track record of building impactful digital solutions
- Are committed to building human-centered, equitable, and accessible digital solutions for government agencies
- Thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and bring creative problem-solving to complex challenges
- Are U.S. citizens, eligible to pass a federal background check (if required for project work), and able to work within the United States.
