Lead daily operations of an afterschool program: supervise and train staff, plan and deliver enrichment curriculum (STEM, art, recreation), maintain records, ensure DHHS and YMCA compliance, foster family and school relationships, manage inventory and facility care, and promote a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Part-time afterschool staff supervise and engage elementary children in games, arts & crafts, STEM, snacks, and safety. Maintain welcoming spaces, follow policies, attend trainings, and support Vacation/Snow Camp. Provide first-response to medical or behavioral incidents and build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates.

Lead all fundraising and advancement activities for the Penobscot Bay YMCA, including major gifts, annual campaigns, grants, corporate sponsorships, donor stewardship, events, marketing collaboration, CRM and data analysis, board and volunteer leadership, and community representation to grow philanthropic support and organizational sustainability.

Provide program delivery and member services across aquatics, fitness, childcare, and youth programs; support registration and facility maintenance; ensure safety, follow policies, and collaborate with team to create an inclusive community environment.
