Define agent architectures, workflows, personas, and agent-native user experiences while partnering with engineering, customers, sales, and operations. Drive enterprise deployment with emphasis on scalability, explainability, security, compliance, experimentation, and measurable customer value.

Build Pelico’s agentic platform end to end, developing Python backend services, React interfaces, agent tools, orchestration workflows, runtime reliability features, evaluation harnesses, and real-time approval consoles. The role involves shipping production AI capabilities, improving agent trustworthiness, defining technical specifications, and creating reusable full-stack engineering patterns for manufacturing customers.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for Pelico’s North American team across technical and business functions. Partners with hiring managers and executives on hiring strategy, sourcing, interview processes, candidate experience, and offers. Builds talent pipelines, uses recruiting data and AI tools to improve efficiency, and continuously enhances recruiting workflows, employer branding, and process quality.

Lead a platform engineering squad building reusable frameworks, runtimes, infrastructure, AI tooling, and integrations. Own a capability cluster end to end, including architecture, hands-on coding, roadmap, adoption metrics, API contracts, evaluation gates, and deprecation policies. Lead senior engineers by example while transforming recurring customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.

Own post-onboarding adoption for enterprise manufacturing clients, lead governance and value reviews, provide Level 2 technical support, investigate data issues using SQL and monitoring tools, deliver proactive training, capture customer insights for product teams, and support monitoring, release testing, incident management, and SLA reliability.

Own customer relationships, onboarding, adoption, account health, and issue resolution for assigned clients. Investigate technical issues using SQL and platform tools, manage support tickets, document root causes, monitor anomalies, and coordinate incident escalations. Write clean, testable code; lead unit, integration, and performance testing; troubleshoot issues; collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams; and mentor junior engineers. Experience with AI-assisted workflows is expected, while manufacturing-sector experience and mentoring are preferred.

Lead a solution squad building customer-facing manufacturing workflows from Pelico’s platform. Own a solution surface end to end, combining configuration, code, connectors, widgets, and AI agents. Ship scalable, configuration-first products, establish specifications and AI evaluation gates, convert recurring customer needs into platform capabilities, and lead engineers through hands-on coding. The role requires strong full-stack development, product judgment, customer orientation, and experience delivering software under real-world constraints.

Designs and operates deployment platforms across Kubernetes, Docker, virtual machines, air-gapped environments, and private clouds. The role standardizes infrastructure as code, CI/CD, installation and upgrade workflows, observability, diagnostics, automation, and self-remediation. It includes production on-call support, incident troubleshooting, reliability improvements, and support for regulated enterprise and federal deployments. The engineer will also explore AI-assisted infrastructure operations and collaborate with engineering, product, and customer IT teams.

The role also formalizes deployment best practices, scales the Forward Deployed Engineering function, and leads high-performing teams.

Manage Pelico’s Paris office, including facilities, supplies, building management, vendors, contracts, spend tracking, and service providers. Lead office-related projects such as moves, subletting, and internal tool rollouts. Organize team rituals, events, seminars, and offsites while supporting company culture. The role requires an experienced, detail-oriented, autonomous, service-minded professional fluent in English and comfortable with modern workplace tools.
