The role involves shipping production AI capabilities, improving agent trustworthiness, defining technical specifications, and creating reusable full-stack engineering patterns for manufacturing customers.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for Pelico’s North American team across technical and business functions. Partners with hiring managers and executives on hiring strategy, sourcing, interview processes, candidate experience, and offers. Builds talent pipelines, uses recruiting data and AI tools to improve efficiency, and continuously enhances recruiting workflows, employer branding, and process quality.

Lead a platform engineering squad building reusable frameworks, runtimes, infrastructure, AI tooling, and integrations. Own a capability cluster end to end, including architecture, hands-on coding, roadmap, adoption metrics, API contracts, evaluation gates, and deprecation policies. Lead senior engineers by example while transforming recurring customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.

Own post-onboarding adoption for enterprise manufacturing clients, lead governance and value reviews, provide Level 2 technical support, investigate data issues using SQL and monitoring tools, deliver proactive training, capture customer insights for product teams, and support monitoring, release testing, incident management, and SLA reliability.

Product Manager - Solutions will transform complex aerospace and manufacturing operations problems into scalable, AI-powered B2B SaaS products. Responsibilities include product strategy and execution, customer discovery, workflow mapping, requirements definition, design-partner collaboration, outcome measurement, and go-to-market enablement. The role partners with Engineering, Data, Operations Research, Customer Operations, Sales, and enterprise customers to develop repeatable workflows rather than bespoke features.

Own customer relationships, onboarding, adoption, account health, and issue resolution for assigned clients. Experience with AI-assisted workflows is expected, while manufacturing-sector experience and mentoring are preferred.

Lead a solution squad building customer-facing manufacturing workflows from Pelico’s platform. Own a solution surface end to end, combining configuration, code, connectors, widgets, and AI agents. Ship scalable, configuration-first products, establish specifications and AI evaluation gates, convert recurring customer needs into platform capabilities, and lead engineers through hands-on coding. The role requires strong full-stack development, product judgment, customer orientation, and experience delivering software under real-world constraints.

Lead a small DevOps team while remaining hands-on with enterprise and air-gapped deployments. Own Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Docker, observability, diagnostics, self-remediation, deployment packaging, and customer-operated infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. Drive repeatable enterprise delivery, customer IT operating boundaries, and a federal compliance posture involving GovCloud and FedRAMP. Build scalable tooling, runbooks, and infrastructure processes while supporting aerospace, defense, and regulated customers.

Lead the founding engineering effort for Pelico’s AI-agent platform. Define the technical vision, build agent orchestration and simulation capabilities, ensure actions are auditable and explainable, establish product-market fit, write production code, and hire and develop a senior engineering team. The role requires production experience with multi-agent systems, enterprise AI products, evaluation and observability, and commercialization in demanding or regulated industries.

Designs and operates deployment platforms across Kubernetes, Docker, virtual machines, air-gapped environments, and private clouds. The role standardizes infrastructure as code, CI/CD, installation and upgrade workflows, observability, diagnostics, automation, and self-remediation. It includes production on-call support, incident troubleshooting, reliability improvements, and support for regulated enterprise and federal deployments. The engineer will also explore AI-assisted infrastructure operations and collaborate with engineering, product, and customer IT teams.
