Receive, label, sort, inspect, and manage packages at an urban logistics hub. Complete shipping and inventory documentation, support couriers with bikes and loading activities, handle on-site emergencies, and maintain hub cleanliness, safety, and operational quality. Oversee delivery operations across multiple hubs and cities, resolve service and cost issues, standardize processes, improve productivity, and scale operating models. The role monitors KPIs, analyzes performance data, leads operational initiatives, maintains SOPs, and coordinates changes with Technology, Finance, HR, Sales, Planning, and hub teams.

Coordinate weekly and daily courier schedules across multiple cities using operational forecasts. Adjust shifts for rider availability, communicate attendance and staffing needs with HR, update Rider Controllers, and collaborate with recruitment to maintain sufficient courier coverage for delivery targets. The role requires strong organization, communication, service orientation, problem-solving, and the ability to work with Excel. Fluency in English, conversational Dutch, and availability for 32–40 hours per week are required.

Ride electric cargo bikes to pick up and deliver packages for local businesses and online shops. Use the company delivery app and navigation to complete timely, accurate deliveries while providing customer service and staying in contact with Rider Support. Work flexible shifts under a 0-hour contract, with onboarding and ongoing support.
