Teams at Peddler

Oversee delivery operations across multiple hubs and cities, resolve service and cost issues, standardize processes, improve productivity, and scale operating models. The role monitors KPIs, analyzes performance data, leads operational initiatives, maintains SOPs, and coordinates changes with Technology, Finance, HR, Sales, Planning, and hub teams.

Receive, label, sort, inspect, and manage packages at an urban logistics hub. Complete shipping and inventory documentation, support couriers with bikes and loading or unloading, handle on-site emergencies, and maintain hub cleanliness. The role requires physical fitness, sustained focus, organizational discipline, safety awareness, and Saturday availability. Logistics experience and an electric pallet truck license are beneficial but not required.

Act as primary contact for bicycle couriers: motivate and coach riders, communicate with customer service and routing teams, resolve incidents, monitor courier performance, and support rider development while working flexible shifts.
