Build and run a scalable customer education program: implement and administer the LMS, create video and eLearning content, design role-based curricula and assessments, track education metrics, and serve as flex support for onboarding and live training during peak periods.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including calendar and travel coordination (domestic and international), call and visitor handling, meeting preparation and minutes, expense reporting, confidential records management, document and presentation preparation, data/report compilation, event coordination, and backup administrative support for managers and special projects.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and delivery for a SaaS pharmacy platform modernization. Drive adoption and retention through customer research, data, and commercial alignment. Manage Agile delivery using Azure DevOps, partner with engineering on cloud/multi-tenant decisions, and use AI tools to improve workflows. Balance technical debt, regulatory continuity, and GTM readiness while communicating progress to customers and executives.

Generate qualified sales opportunities for community compounding pharmacies via outbound prospecting, consultative discovery, CRM management, and collaboration with Territory Managers. Support existing customers, promote products and events, attend trade shows, and perform occasional travel (under 20%).

Lead and own PCCA's martech stack, migrate Marketo/Pivotal CRM to HubSpot, design tracking and attribution, build lead scoring and CRM hygiene, drive demand across products, optimize paid media, align marketing-to-sales handoffs and ABM, report on pipeline and revenue, and hire a small growth team within 12–18 months.

Provide installation, configuration, and technical support for PK Software systems and integrations. Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and database issues; manage support cases, escalate complex issues, assist with UAT, maintain documentation and knowledge-base articles, collaborate across teams, and participate in occasional onsite visits.

Support GMP compliance, lead and document investigations and customer complaint management, maintain quality systems and records, administer MasterControl activities, perform internal and external audit support, oversee equipment calibration and related follow-up, and support continuous improvement and CAPA activities.
