Analyze pricing proposals and market cost structures across EMEA to protect gross margin. Collaborate with sales and stakeholders to set country pricing strategies, update analytical tools, audit pricing processes, identify revenue opportunities, and prepare business justifications.

Provide in-house legal support for PayU: draft, review and negotiate contracts; advise on corporate, regulatory and privacy/GDPR matters; collaborate with Legal, Risk and Compliance; identify legal risks; support business initiatives and management on legal restrictions and policies.

Lead and expand PayUs partnerships with card schemes, payment systems, banks and fintechs across Romania and Europe. Negotiate complex commercial agreements, ensure regulatory and compliance alignment (KYC/AML, licensing), collaborate cross-functionally to translate market opportunities into product and go-to-market plans, and represent the company at industry events to drive commercial growth.

Lead and improve treasury controls, ensure SOX and regulatory compliance, manage bank accounts and user access, support KYC/AML and banking documentation, cooperate with banks and auditors, administer banking and Treasury Management Systems, and support enterprise risk management.

Support end-to-end HR administration including onboarding, changes, offboarding, personnel records and benefits. Prepare and validate HR data for payroll, cooperate with payroll provider, maintain compliant documentation, assist HR projects, and help implement HR tools and automation to improve processes and employee experience.

Design, develop, and productionize ML and AI solutions (merchant segmentation, churn prediction, forecasting). Build data pipelines (Airflow, dbt), collaborate with engineering teams, apply LLM/NLP techniques, and present results to stakeholders within an Agile framework.

Serve as primary liaison with regulators, coordinate audits and regulatory communications, support regulatory reporting and contract reviews, advise product and operations on compliance risks, maintain policies and procedures, identify and remediate non-compliance, and deliver compliance training to promote ethical behaviour.

Provide NetSuite operational support for Finance, configure and optimize financial setups, automate processes, manage integrations and reporting, ensure ITGC/compliance, support close activities, and act as internal NetSuite subject-matter expert overseeing vendors and data integrity.
