Lead backend engineering teams to define technical design and implementation roadmaps across multiple solutions. Ensure squads are resourced and deliver large-scale distributed systems; contribute hands-on to architecture, scaling, performance tuning, and mentoring.

Manage end-to-end delivery of engineering programs across the SDLC: plan sprints, track dependencies/risks, configure Jira/Confluence, monitor engineering metrics, maintain RAID logs, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure timely execution and process improvements.

Lead Paytm Money's Futures & Options business, owning P&L, strategy, product roadmap, growth, and trader lifecycle. Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, metrics tracking, compliance alignment, and cross-functional execution to grow market share and trader monetization.
