Teams at Paytm

Owns end-to-end technical program management for Paytm’s international expansion across Indonesia and Europe. Coordinates engineering, product, legal, finance, risk, compliance, banking, regulatory, and external partner stakeholders. Leads roadmap delivery, launch governance, operational readiness, issue resolution, risk mitigation, progress tracking, and commercial go-live for complex multi-country programs.

Lead the enterprise Third-Party Risk Management governance framework, including policy design, vendor risk assessments, risk-tiered inventory, due diligence, continuous monitoring, remediation, SLA oversight, and executive reporting. Assess financial, legal, information security, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks across vendors. Ensure regulatory alignment, maintain risk registers and governance documentation, and present dashboards and exception reports to senior leadership, the Risk Management Committee, and the Board.

Supports technology recruitment by sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial HR calls, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers and reports, assisting with job postings and offers, supporting hiring drives, and communicating with candidates and stakeholders.
