Build the first centralized automation framework for a Java microservices payment platform. Develop API, integration, UI, asynchronous, file-based, database, and end-to-end test automation; validate cross-service transaction states; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; maintain smoke checks; investigate defects; and collaborate on environment, data, release, and compliance requirements.

Supports the outsourcing risk framework by assessing provider risks, monitoring vendor compliance and performance, tracking KPIs and KRIs, maintaining outsourcing registers and governance documentation, mapping regulatory requirements, identifying control gaps, supporting remediation, and preparing risk reports, dashboards, regulatory submissions, and audit materials. The role focuses on selling cross-border payments and related financial platform services in high-value, long-cycle deals.

Lead global programs to drive customer retention, revenue and volume growth. Translate business goals into scalable initiatives, analyze customer behavior, run experiments, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and translate requirements for technical execution to improve lifecycle and engagement metrics.

Lead project implementations, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Build and develop a high-performing operations team and ensure compliance with Chinese payment, AML, and cross-border regulatory requirements.

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across Europe, including onboarding, offboarding, employee helpdesk support, compliance, labor-law adherence, SLA monitoring, reporting, and process improvement.
