What You'll Do:
The Digital Project Manager is responsible for establishing and managing digital project timelines and deliverables for Brand Design and other departments as needed. This position is responsible for coordinating the flow of projects from conception to completion.
How you will contribute:

  • Coordinate and oversee the timely flow of projects from conception through completion; formulate and manage timelines and reports
  • Develop and manage production schedules for cross-functional departments to ensure projects are on time
  • Manage resources and task delegation
  • Work with external agencies to help coordinate complex, long-term projects
  • Monitor project progress by tracking schedules, migrating risks and resolving issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain and archive project artifacts
  • Serve as the key liaison for all cross-functional departments in house
  • Diplomatically enforce deadlines and problem solve in an efficient and professional manner
  • Assist employees with procedures relating to organizational projects
  • Assess and refine processes, driving for efficiencies and timeliness of work
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to Sr. Project Manager and departments that are involved
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within scope
  • Assess and report the day-to-day progress of tasks and deliverables using project management tools
  • Evaluate e-com channel capabilities and limitations (e.g., landing pages, email, SMS, FB/IG, etc.) to ensure deliverable planning is accurate, timely, and realistic
  • Other duties may be assigned


You will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management in a digital, advertising or in-house agency environment is preferred
  • BS or BA
  • Prior experience implementing a process of efficient workflow systems preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of the digital space and workflow within digital projects
  • Experience working with digital and UX designers and developers
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience coordinating, managing, and supporting initiatives and workstreams related to all aspects of direct-to-consumer marketing and products
  • Possess an understanding of the production process relating to creative and other marketing tactics in order to effectively manage resources, time and budgets; additional experience with digital media production is mandatory
  • Experience using and solid understanding of a digital traffic management and project management systems (i.e. Workfront, Asana, Trello, Jira etc.) mandatory
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel; plus the willingness to learn new software and management tools as needed. Knowledge of the Mac platform is a plus.
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements; nimble with the ability to pivot quickly
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment

Salary: $70,000- $85,000 (DOE)
