Support reconstruction projects by coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, inspections, documentation, and logistics. Monitor progress, address delays, keep stakeholders informed, and assist with job closeout to ensure projects stay organized, safe, and on schedule.

Respond to emergency water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage as primary customer liaison. Assess and document damage using Sketch, MICA, and Xactimate, secure contracts/authorizations, coordinate and supervise mitigation services, and communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters to restore properties or prepare for reconstruction.

Sell reconstruction services to homeowners, property managers, and insurers after disasters. Scope and estimate projects using Xactimate/Simbility, manage claims interactions, coordinate with project managers, and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction through final walkthroughs.

Develop and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, adjusters, and community partners to drive referral business. Lead presentations, trainings, events, CRM follow-up, and outreach campaigns to grow market presence and sales.

Perform safe packing, wrapping, loading, unloading, and transport of customer household items between properties and warehouse. Assemble/disassemble furniture, operate moving truck and forklift, document items with field staff, and provide customer service while meeting physical lifting and schedule demands.

Lead residential, commercial, and industrial restoration projects from start to finish: create work orders, schedule and coordinate field teams and subcontractors, manage budgets, approve invoices and permits, procure materials, maintain safe job sites, and deliver strong customer communication and satisfaction.

Lead mitigation responses from first contact through reconstruction handoff: scope losses, prepare estimates, secure contracts with adjusters, direct mitigation crews, document jobs, manage budgets/schedules, participate in on-call rotation, and build relationships with homeowners and carriers.

Design functional, attractive interiors from concept to completion: meet clients, develop layouts, select materials/finishes, coordinate vendors, support projects with Sales and Project Managers, maintain showroom, and manage orders and timelines.

Sell reconstruction services to homeowners and businesses after fire, water, or storm damage. Build relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and clients; scope and estimate projects using Xactimate/Simbility; guide clients through the claims and recovery process; collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget; and meet sales goals.
