Paul Davis is looking for an organized, proactive Assistant Project Manager to support our Reconstruction team. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction, thrives on keeping multiple moving pieces organized, and enjoys working with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

As the Assistant Project Manager, you’ll help ensure reconstruction projects are prepared and progressing by coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, documentation, and project logistics.

  •  Maintain accurate project documentation and support job closeout.
  •  Help ensure projects remain organized, safe, and moving toward completion.

What We’re Looking For

  •  2+ years of construction, restoration, project coordination, or related experience preferred.

  •  Ability to build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn construction-related technology.
  •  Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

The Right Person for This Role

You’re someone who notices what needs to happen next and makes sure it happens. You’re organized, responsive, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and able to adjust quickly when construction schedules change. You communicate well, follow through, and take pride in keeping projects organized and moving forward.
