Own Patlytics’ data warehouse, transformation layer, ingestion pipelines, usage metering, billing data models, BI, and reporting infrastructure. Build production systems in Python and SQL, establish data quality and monitoring standards, and translate ambiguous business questions into reliable analytical models. The role partners closely with the CTO and stakeholders, provides technical direction, and may grow into team leadership. Front-end experience for internal tools and reporting interfaces is a bonus.

Perform outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads within IP law firms and in-house IP teams. Design personalized outreach campaigns, conduct account research, maintain CRM data, collaborate with sales leadership, and relay customer feedback to inform product, marketing, and GTM strategies.

Lead and run the People function including HRIS and ATS administration, compensation and performance programs, employment compliance, global employment operations, recruiting for key roles, and employee relations. Partner with the CEO and execs on org design, leveling, and sensitive employee matters while evolving job architecture, comp bands, and reporting to scale a high-growth AI-legaltech company.

Lead GTM strategy and account intelligence for life sciences, pharma/biotech, and medical device sectors. Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities using patent, clinical, funding, and R&D signals; conduct deep technical and IP discovery; build strategic briefs; drive targeted outreach to senior technical and legal buyers; and partner cross-functionally to refine targeting, feed pipeline, and shape product-market strategy.

Own a core product area end-to-end for an AI-native patent platform: set strategy, research customers, translate patent workflows into scalable software, design and iterate on LLM prompts and AI agents, instrument outcomes, and drive adoption and retention while maintaining enterprise-grade accuracy and security.

Design end-to-end workflows for patent-focused AI products. Conduct user research with patent attorneys, prototype and test LLM-driven interfaces, surface verifiable AI insights, build scalable design systems, and drive designs from discovery through post-launch iteration.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle into law firms and in-house IP teams: qualify, demo, build ROI models, negotiate, and close multi-stakeholder deals. Partner with SDR/BD/marketing, present to executives, capture customer feedback to influence product and GTM, and help build the sales playbook while frequently attending in-person meetings and events.

Lead and scale customer success strategy across the customer lifecycle to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Strengthen stakeholder relationships, implement churn-prevention processes, collaborate with GTM/Product/Engineering to surface customer insights, and eventually build and coach a high-performing customer success team.

Serve as an experienced IP attorney bridging customers and product: run demos, lead pilots/POCs, translate patent workflows into product requirements, guide roadmap and QA, and produce customer-facing collateral while collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships.

Build and deploy production LLM/ML pipelines for patent workflows: retrieval, multi-step prompt pipelines, evals frameworks, fine-tuning, agentic workflows, monitoring, and cloud deployment. Collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams to convert domain expertise into robust, scalable inference and data solutions.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end full‑stack features across Python/FastAPI backend, Next.js frontend, and LLM inference pipelines. Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver scalable AI-powered patent analysis, optimize performance, address production issues, and reduce technical debt while improving engineering practices.

Build and own end-to-end Revenue Operations: systems, data, processes, reporting, forecasting, comp plans, territory design, and GTM tech stack. Partner cross-functionally to scale sales, marketing, and customer success across global verticals and convert a high-velocity motion into repeatable, measurable revenue.

Own end-to-end demand generation for an enterprise B2B SaaS product: run paid, email nurture, webinars, ABM, SEO/AEO, measurement and experiments to drive demo bookings and pipeline. Collaborate with sales, events, and GTM to turn winning tests into repeatable programs and optimize channel contribution.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for Patlytics, focusing on enterprise and legal markets in EMEA, developing strategic sales plans, and leading high-value deals.
