Lead, coordinate, and evaluate community programs, events, and case management on Indianapolis' Far Eastside. Manage logistics, volunteers, data collection, reporting, partner relationships, and provide operational support while ensuring grant compliance and program outcomes. Support leadership and supervise program support staff.

Supervise drivers and schedulers and manage day-to-day microtransit operations, including fleet scheduling, maintenance oversight, DOT compliance, GPS monitoring, rider feedback analysis, recruitment, training, and community outreach to support program growth and safety.

Provide part-time administrative and program support for community outreach: participant recruitment and communication, data entry, recordkeeping, event support, scheduling, customer service, and general office tasks. Assist with program materials, inventory, and coordination to ensure effective delivery of services.

The Program Operations Specialist coordinates logistics for events, supports program management, engages clients, and assists with marketing efforts while ensuring organizational goals are met efficiently.
