Supports daily deposit operations by reviewing account setups, documentation, reports, and regulatory compliance. Researches customer account inquiries, manages IRA and HSA servicing, returned mail, safe deposit box and bond processes, and maintains accurate records. Responds to branch and customer inquiries, supports audits and training, monitors potential fraudulent activity, and ensures adherence to banking laws, internal controls, and document retention requirements.

Administer and support Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM for Accounting and Finance: manage security, integrations, reporting, GL structures, automated processes, SmartView connectivity, AP/ACH support, year-end and regulatory filing support, documentation, end-user training, and coordination with vendors/Oracle.

Develop and manage commercial loan and deposit relationships in the Syracuse market; structure, negotiate, and close commercial and commercial real estate loans; perform credit analysis and financial statement review; manage portfolio monitoring and annual reviews; collaborate with internal partners and ensure regulatory compliance while expanding market presence through networking and community engagement.
