The Associate Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts across regions, develop strategies, manage processes, and build relationships with stakeholders to recruit top talent for PATH.

Serve as a relationship-centered HR advisor for PATH's Global Health Programs, partnering with leaders to design people strategies, support workforce planning, coach managers, guide change and culture work, analyze HR data to inform decisions, and coordinate across HR teams to deliver culturally relevant HR support across multi-country, donor-funded programs.

Lead entomological surveillance and vector control for urban malaria elimination: map hotspots with GIS, monitor breeding and insecticide resistance, supervise teams, train municipal staff, support outbreak investigations, and produce evidence-based vector control plans and reports while contributing to operational research and capacity building.

Lead strategic, technical, and operational implementation of an urban malaria elimination project in Mumbai, managing the PMU, surveillance, vector control, GIS and digital systems, stakeholder coordination, MEL, capacity building, and financial/administrative oversight to ensure program milestones and sustainable institutional strengthening.

Coordinate and supervise ward-level malaria elimination activities including active case detection, surveillance, reporting, GIS hotspot investigations, community engagement, G6PD testing support, and coordination with municipal health teams and healthcare providers.

Provide technical oversight and guidance to strengthen the TB diagnostic care cascade, analyze diagnostic data, generate actionable recommendations, build capacity of state and laboratory teams, mentor staff, support Diagnostic Dashboard use, participate in state reviews, undertake field visits (30-40% travel), and report project progress and learnings.

Support PATH's MedTech and digital health portfolio by scouting and evaluating AI-enabled devices and diagnostics, conducting literature reviews, producing knowledge products, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting demonstrations and evidence generation, creating presentations, and assisting program activities. Will travel nationally/internationally up to 30%.

The Project Lead will oversee project implementation for Tuberculosis preventive treatment in Maharashtra and Odisha, ensuring alignment with NTEP goals and managing partnerships with various stakeholders.

The City Lead will oversee urban surveillance planning and implementation, strengthen stakeholder engagement, improve data quality, and coordinate disease response efforts in Nagpur.

The City Lead will manage urban disease surveillance strengthening in Patna, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and stakeholder engagement across health domains to improve public health systems.

Coordinate and execute urban/peri-urban disease surveillance activities in Patna, including facility visits, GIS geo-tagging, data verification, supply chain assessments, training logistics, outbreak support, documentation, and stakeholder coordination to strengthen surveillance systems and implement city action plans.
