Provides administrative, logistical, coordination, translation, interpretation, documentation, communication, procurement, budgeting, and travel support for PATH’s Ukraine project. Coordinates meetings, trainings, events, project files, trackers, stakeholder communications, vendor interactions, and activity documentation. Supports implementation with project teams, partners, government counterparts, and service providers, including travel to project sites within Ukraine.

Leads STRIDES outbreak preparedness and response coordination in Eastern DRC, serving as PATH’s Bunia-based focal point. Coordinates government authorities, technical pillars, donors, NGOs, and community teams while providing technical oversight for Ebola surveillance, contact tracing, epidemiology, data systems, cross-border monitoring, and response planning. The role manages field implementation, partner engagement, reporting, staff mentorship, and operational problem-solving in complex, high-pressure environments.

Design, develop, and support Azure-based cloud integrations and platform services. Build API/queue/file-based integrations, improve CI/CD and deployment reliability, troubleshoot production issues, modernize legacy systems to cloud-first patterns, and document and transfer service ownership to reduce operational risk.

Leads market access and health product supply-chain initiatives across public and private sectors. Responsibilities include market analysis, procurement and supply planning, forecasting, inventory and distribution strategy, stakeholder engagement, implementation support, technical reporting, and oversight of projects across multiple geographies. The role translates scientific and market insights into practical recommendations to improve access, affordability, availability, and sustainability of essential health products.

Provides senior coordination and portfolio oversight across PATH’s DRC health programs; identifies risks, escalates issues, supports stakeholder engagement, and advises the DRC Ministry of Health. The consultant prepares briefs, analyses, program updates, and technical inputs for health funding and policy processes; represents PATH in government, donor, and partner engagements; and supports project implementation, milestone tracking, mitigation planning, and collaboration across complex global health initiatives.

Provides clerical finance support for a malaria and neglected tropical diseases program. Responsibilities include organizing financial records, processing and tracking payments, managing bank transfers and routine banking tasks, maintaining archives, supporting audits, tracking vendor invoices, and responding to payment inquiries. The role also performs general administrative tasks and communicates with banking partners, internal staff, and vendors.

Supports malaria data quality improvement across regional health facilities through mentorship, supervision, training, data collection, analysis, reporting, and quality assurance. The role helps develop MEL plans and tools, tracks project milestones and indicators, documents lessons learned, provides feedback, and collaborates with government health offices and implementation partners. Extensive travel to health facilities and program sites is required.

Leads planning, budgeting, funds-flow evaluation, financial reporting, sustainable financing, monitoring, and capacity building for India's metropolitan disease surveillance program. Advises government stakeholders and technical partners, develops financial performance tools, and provides policy recommendations to strengthen program accountability and long-term financing. The role is based in Delhi and requires collaboration across national and state levels, with travel up to 30% of the time.

The Associate Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts across regions, develop strategies, manage processes, and build relationships with stakeholders to recruit top talent for PATH.

Lead entomological surveillance and vector control for urban malaria elimination: map hotspots with GIS, monitor breeding and insecticide resistance, supervise teams, train municipal staff, support outbreak investigations, and produce evidence-based vector control plans and reports while contributing to operational research and capacity building.

Coordinate and supervise ward-level malaria elimination activities including active case detection, surveillance, reporting, GIS hotspot investigations, community engagement, G6PD testing support, and coordination with municipal health teams and healthcare providers.

Lead strategic, technical, and operational implementation of an urban malaria elimination project in Mumbai, managing the PMU, surveillance, vector control, GIS and digital systems, stakeholder coordination, MEL, capacity building, and financial/administrative oversight to ensure program milestones and sustainable institutional strengthening.
