PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to achieving health equity. With more than 40 years of experience forging multisector partnerships and with expertise in science, economics, technology, advocacy, and dozens of other specialties, PATH develops and scales up innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing health challenges.

PATH has extensive experience supporting countries to strengthen supply chain systems, improve commodity security, and enhance data-driven decision-making across malaria, maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH), and other priority health programs.

PATH seeks a highly analytical and systems-oriented Senior Advisor, Performance Management and Analytics, to lead performance tracking and milestone management for a large, multi-country fixed-amount award spanning malaria, maternal, neonatal and child health (MNCH), HIV, tuberculosis (TB), and polio programs.

Under this award mechanism, payment is directly tied to achievement of defined milestone targets. The Senior Advisor, Performance Management and Analytics, will be responsible for establishing and managing a comprehensive milestone performance management system that enables PATH and country teams to monitor progress against more than 170 milestones across 13 countries, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of performance thresholds and full invoice payment.

This role sits at the intersection of program management, monitoring and evaluation, performance management, and data systems. Success will require not only strong data visualization and analytics capabilities, but also the ability to design practical systems, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and foster a culture of performance management and continuous improvement across global and country teams.

  • Establish data quality standards, reporting protocols, and documentation procedures to ensure reliable and consistent milestone tracking.
  • Ensure the tracking platform supports decision-making at global, regional, and country levels.

Collaboration with MEL and Country Teams

  • Partner closely with global and country Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) teams to align milestone tracking systems with existing monitoring frameworks.
  • Support country teams in understanding milestone requirements, performance indicators, and tracking methodologies.
