Leads performance management and analytics for a multi-country global health award covering more than 170 milestones. Designs milestone tracking systems, dashboards, forecasts, reporting protocols, and early-warning processes; analyzes performance risks and coordinates corrective actions across global, country, technical, MEL, finance, and program teams. Translates complex data into actionable insights for leadership, supports adaptive management, and promotes continuous performance improvement.

Leads multi-country health supply chain forecasting, quantification, and supply planning across Burkina Faso, Niger, Senegal, and Ghana. Analyzes inventory, procurement, shipment, consumption, and funding data; identifies stockout, overstock, expiry, and supply risks; and produces quarterly reports, dashboards, and donor analyses. Provides technical assistance on the Quantification Analytics Tool, facilitates planning reviews and workshops, strengthens country capacity, and coordinates with governments, donors, procurement agents, and implementing partners.

Supports the Chief People Officer through executive calendar and travel management, approvals, board and governance materials, HR leadership meetings, reporting, dashboards, communications, retreats, and decision tracking. The role also coordinates strategic HR initiatives, produces executive-ready analyses and newsletters, maintains organizational archives, and uses AI tools to automate routine work.
