Manages a residential treatment program, supervises behavioral health staff, supports hiring and onboarding, ensures treatment-plan compliance, coordinates psychiatric and community services, oversees resident health and safety, and promotes independent living and community integration.

Provides peer recovery support to residents with behavioral health or intellectual disabilities. Educates participants and staff about recovery, facilitates self-help and support groups, promotes WRAP planning and self-advocacy, assists with daily living and community integration, accompanies residents to appointments and activities, shares lived recovery experience, monitors concerns and progress, and contributes a recovery-focused perspective during team meetings.

Supervise Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability residential staff, ensure compliance with Pennsylvania regulations and individualized service plans, monitor resident health and safety, support admissions and discharges, coordinate staffing and services, facilitate rehabilitation and community activities, provide staff training and feedback, and participate in rotating 24/7 on-call crisis response.

Handles PATH’s accounts payable, client funds, cash management, and related accounting activities. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling purchase orders, preparing checks and deposits, managing petty cash, recording journal entries and banking transactions, running reports, maintaining vendor records, preparing 1099 statements, correcting billing discrepancies, and supporting month-end close and general ledger activities.

Develops and analyzes operating and capital budgets, forecasts financial performance, prepares financial reports, and supports management decision-making. Responsibilities include reconciliations, journal entries, allocations, payroll expense analysis, accounts payable and purchasing oversight, audit support, compliance monitoring, and internal control improvements. The analyst collaborates with departments, leadership, auditors, vendors, and Finance & Accounting teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and effective fiscal operations.

Provides peer support and crisis intervention to youth and families using lived experience. Conducts crisis assessments, develops safety plans, coordinates care, connects individuals to community resources, arranges voluntary or involuntary hospitalization, and provides follow-up support for up to 72 hours. The role includes evening and weekend appointments in homes and community settings and requires collaboration with crisis teams, families, and other providers.

Supervise an adult behavioral health and intellectual disability residential treatment program. Ensure quality therapeutic services, evidence-based practices, treatment planning, documentation, regulatory compliance, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate with psychiatrists, therapists, providers, and community residential programs to support continuity of care and successful discharges. Provide direct therapeutic support and crisis interventions as needed, respond to emergencies, and maintain licensure readiness through audits and adherence to applicable standards.

Provides strengths-based case management and wraparound support for youth with behavioral, developmental, and emotional needs. Conducts assessments, develops family action plans, coordinates psychiatric and community services, facilitates family team meetings, supports basic needs, monitors service delivery, participates in discharge planning, advocates for families, and responds to emergencies, including assigned 24-hour crisis coverage.
