Build and improve Vue.js frontend features, implement backend endpoints in Python/Django when needed, design and maintain APIs and integrations, deliver automations (n8n), use AI tools daily to draft and refactor code, and collaborate with Product and Design to ship reliable, user-focused full‑stack features end-to-end.

Own trial-to-paid conversion and net revenue retention by building trust, proving business value, and driving adoption. Partner with a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate technical results into validated business cases, multi-thread stakeholders, detect early risks, and lead change across accounts. Create the Customer Success playbook and measure conversion, retention, and adoption metrics.

Create qualified pipeline by outbound prospecting to industrial buyers via high-volume cold calling, LinkedIn and email. Run first-discovery calls, qualify pain/fit/timing, and deliver clean Sales Accepted Leads to Account Executives. Continuously improve scripts, track metrics, and use CRM and call-coaching tools to optimize performance.

Work onsite with customers to extract, clean, map, validate, and load ERP data into PartsOS. Build SQL/Python idempotent pipelines and connectors, define integration architecture, configure planning logic, ensure traceability, and produce first meaningful planning results within five working days. Create reusable onboarding templates and escalate reproducible product gaps to Engineering.

Work directly with the CEO and COO to drive strategic initiatives, run cross-functional projects end-to-end, build analyses and business cases, improve operating cadence and KPI systems, unblock bottlenecks, and align leadership across product, GTM, operations, and finance. Office-first role based in Stuttgart or Berlin.
