Partner with a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate technical results into validated business cases, multi-thread stakeholders, detect early risks, and lead change across accounts. Create the Customer Success playbook and measure conversion, retention, and adoption metrics.

Create qualified pipeline by outbound prospecting to industrial buyers via high-volume cold calling, LinkedIn and email. Run first-discovery calls, qualify pain/fit/timing, and deliver clean Sales Accepted Leads to Account Executives. Continuously improve scripts, track metrics, and use CRM and call-coaching tools to optimize performance.
