Promotes the agency and its services through social media, public presentations, newsletters, promotional materials, community networking, special events, donation drives, and grant development. Coordinates Children's Partnership Council meetings, budgets, communications, and regional outreach across 13 counties. Builds relationships with community stakeholders, funders, staff, and network providers while ensuring consistent messaging and supporting the organization's mission.

Coordinates an academic enrichment program for local children and youth, including literacy-focused curriculum development, instruction, student assessment, learning interventions, family and school communication, volunteer coordination, records management, budget support, and field trips. The role promotes positive student behavior, supports children affected by trauma, connects families with services, and contributes to a culturally responsive, welcoming program environment.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team: manage calendar, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare briefings and reports, track initiatives, support leadership meetings and retreats, plan agency-wide events, handle confidential correspondence, reconcile expenses, and oversee special projects to strengthen organizational alignment and culture.
