Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team: manage calendar, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare briefings and reports, track initiatives, support leadership meetings and retreats, plan agency-wide events, handle confidential correspondence, reconcile expenses, and oversee special projects to strengthen organizational alignment and culture.

Processes invoices and payments, scans/codes documents, performs entry-level accounting and clerical tasks, prepares deposits and simple reports, handles mail and correspondence, supports provider inquiries, assists with foster/adoption payments, and performs bank/post office deliveries and other fiscal support duties. Serves as backup to other Fiscal Specialists and supports cross-training.

Provide adoption-focused case management for children and adoptive families, including home studies, court reports, home visits, coordination of services, medication monitoring, subsidy documentation, recruitment and post-placement supervision, documentation in FSFN, and participation in recruitment and PRIDE training events.
