Provides administrative, operational, and analytical support to financial planning, risk management, and contract administration teams. Responsibilities include scheduling, minute-taking, document management, budget and forecast support, invoice tracking, risk and compliance documentation, contract database maintenance, reporting, data validation, audit coordination, and cross-functional project coordination. The role supports committees, regulatory reporting, accreditation activities, and departmental workflows in a regulated long-term care environment.

Leads enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance measurement, and strategic decision support. Oversees Power BI dashboards, analytics, KPI frameworks, contract governance, enterprise risk management, privacy compliance, and executive and Board reporting. Develops financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and recommendations for resource allocation and operational improvement. Manages a cross-functional team spanning finance, analytics, governance, and compliance.

Leads enterprise business intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives, including dashboard development, KPI reporting, forecasting, data modeling, data marts, ETL collaboration, governance, and data quality. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into BI solutions, provides user training, supports digital transformation, and ensures privacy-compliant, audit-ready analytics. Manages BI projects, automation, predictive analytics, AI-enabled insights, testing, deployment, and continuous process improvement.

Processes full-cycle accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, aging, resident accounts, and vendor inquiries. Supports month-end close, audits, financial reporting, internal controls, HST compliance, and ERP maintenance. Collaborates with purchasing and operations to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
