Owns the discovery, definition, delivery, performance, and lifecycle of products in the Payments portfolio. Responsibilities include gathering and translating requirements into user stories, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, collaborating with Agile delivery teams, monitoring product performance and user behavior, mitigating delivery risks, ensuring compliance, and aligning stakeholders around customer and business value.

Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core, Angular, Azure, and SQL Server. Develop APIs and microservices, optimize performance, support CI/CD and cloud deployments, contribute to architecture decisions, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure code quality. Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment while mentoring junior developers and enhancing existing systems.

Provide hands-on technical leadership and full-stack architecture across UI, backend, database, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure. Drive delivery, mentor teams, enforce architectural standards, participate in governance forums, prototype R&D solutions, and improve platform components to accelerate development.

The role involves ensuring operational tasks are completed, managing incidents via ServiceNow, automation of manual processes, patching, and supporting cloud technologies, among other responsibilities.

Lead QA efforts for web and cloud-based education products, designing and executing functional, API, ETL, automated and non-functional tests. Build automation frameworks, mentor QA team members, manage testing activities and timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report quality metrics to improve product reliability and performance.

Monitor and collect overdue customer invoices via calls, emails, and statements; meet collection targets and reduce aged debt; negotiate payment plans; resolve account queries using CRM; maintain accurate records and audit compliance; escalate high-risk accounts; improve credit control processes and report on debt status.
