Senior People Manager to lead and scale HR operations in India: partner with leadership in a matrix environment, own people operations, ensure compliance with Indian labour law, manage employee relations and performance, strengthen governance and leadership capability, and align local practices with global People strategy.

Provide 2nd/3rd-line support and SME expertise for internal and production networks across datacentres, cloud, and offices. Deploy, maintain and improve Cisco switching, firewalls, wireless and SD‑WAN; lead vulnerability remediation, security improvements, monitoring, capacity management and ITIL-based change. Support projects, vendor escalations, documentation and SLA-driven operations.

Provide technical accounting support across the Group: interpret/apply FRS 102 (and IFRS), prepare and review statutory accounts, document complex accounting positions, support year-end and audits, oversee VAT returns and reconciliations, assist corporation tax preparations, maintain accounting and tax documentation, and identify reporting and control improvements.
