Lead end-to-end content strategy and production: shoot/edit video and photo, manage social channels, maintain Webflow site, run SEO/GEO and paid social campaigns, produce podcast and customer case studies, and create sales enablement assets while ensuring brand consistency.

Drive outbound prospecting to qualify leads and book demos for law firms. Requires strong communication, research skills, and a competitive drive.

Manage a portfolio of 50+ law firm clients to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Run trainings, conduct QBRs, analyze usage to reduce churn, surface upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Support/Product/Engineering. Contribute to CS operations: playbooks, automation, health scoring, and documentation. Act as the voice of the customer to shape product and deployment.
