Partner with the CEO to build scalable operating systems across the company. Own planning cadence, financial and operating models, strategic projects, board and investor materials, sales and customer success analysis, hiring plans, and executive decision support. The role requires strong analytical, financial modeling, writing, judgment, and execution skills in a fast-growing, venture-backed startup.

Drive outbound prospecting to qualify leads and book demos for law firms. Requires strong communication, research skills, and a competitive drive.

Manage a portfolio of 50+ law firm clients to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Run trainings, conduct QBRs, analyze usage to reduce churn, surface upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Support/Product/Engineering. Contribute to CS operations: playbooks, automation, health scoring, and documentation. Act as the voice of the customer to shape product and deployment.
