Drive outbound prospecting to qualify leads and book demos for law firms. Requires strong communication, research skills, and a competitive drive.

Manage a portfolio of 50+ law firm clients to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Run trainings, conduct QBRs, analyze usage to reduce churn, surface upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Support/Product/Engineering. Contribute to CS operations: playbooks, automation, health scoring, and documentation. Act as the voice of the customer to shape product and deployment.

The Account Executive will develop strategies to source and close new customers in specific legal practice areas, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate across teams to drive revenue.
