Parallax Enterprises, LLC was founded by Dr. Jeffery Woolford and Mr. Robb Goetz. Dr. Woolford’s unique background as both a physician and a combat tested Air Force fighter pilot gives him the ability to fully understand both aviation and medicine. This ability, along with his passion to increase patient safety and eliminate medical and surgical errors in the operating room drove him to design the CHaRM™ System and bring interactive checklists to medicine. Patient-centered care and the tenet “first do no harm” continue to drive Dr. Woolford and the rest of the Parallax team as we continue the fight to establish CHaRM™ as the standard of care in all operating rooms.
