Supports Mail Services technology, equipment, document-routing workflows, reporting, and user operations. Troubleshoots incidents, coordinates with IT teams and vendors, tests and implements changes, maintains technical documentation, develops dashboards, supports continuity planning, and improves workflow quality and efficiency. The role also provides training, protects PHI and confidential records, supports technology lifecycle management, and translates operational needs into secure, sustainable technical solutions.

Leads the architecture and delivery of enterprise AI, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions from prototyping through production. Designs LLM systems, RAG pipelines, AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native deployments while ensuring scalability, security, privacy, governance, observability, and responsible AI compliance. Establishes architecture standards, shapes AI strategy and roadmaps, mentors engineers and architects, evaluates emerging technologies, and partners with business, engineering, data, and product stakeholders in regulated environments.

Leads business systems analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, data modeling, testing, deployment, and application support. Partners with business, development, QA, operations, vendors, and project teams to deliver system improvements. Prioritizes backlogs, evaluates automation and AI opportunities, supports operational and finance systems, mentors business analysts, and guides stakeholders through implementation and change adoption.

Manages and expands existing customer accounts while acquiring new business across an assigned regional territory. Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, building pipelines, developing referrals, conducting stewardship and strategy meetings, managing implementations, maintaining CRM records, monitoring competitors, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and participating in industry events. The role requires travel and driving, strong communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of healthcare, insurance, and workers compensation.

Leads Salesforce application strategy, administration, configuration, support, governance, integrations, releases, reporting, and continuous improvement. Manages employees, contractors, vendors, budgets, and Agile delivery while serving as technology owner for the customer issue resolution platform. Partners with business stakeholders to optimize workflows, case management, analytics, security, data governance, and user adoption. Requires enterprise application leadership, Salesforce expertise, SDLC knowledge, and strong stakeholder management.
