Lead and manage enterprise tax compliance and planning engagements for public and private clients, including corporate, consolidated, S-corp, partnership, and state/local tax matters. Prepare and review tax provisions, perform technical research, advise on international tax issues, support audits, supervise engagement teams, manage projects and resources, mentor staff, and present training and client recommendations.

Manage tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and related flow-through entities. Oversee engagements end-to-end, supervise staff, coordinate with client advisors, perform technical tax research, identify client service opportunities, and deliver training and firm leadership.

Provide accounting assistance to clients including full-charge bookkeeping, cash flow management, accounting software support, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, training, and quality control. Manage engagements, supervise staff, research accounting issues, and travel to client sites as needed.

Manage and review corporate, partnership, S-corporation and individual tax compliance and planning engagements. Prepare and review tax provisions, perform technical research, support audits, lead staff teams, provide client advice, and manage project resources and timelines.
