Conduct frontier AI detection research under mentorship, selecting a topic such as adversarial robustness, interpretability, multimodal detection, agentic AI detection, or AI-generated training data. Interns are expected to develop research suitable for publication at a major AI conference, train neural networks, and contribute to novel AI detection methods.

Own the full sales cycle for educational institutions: qualify leads, run discovery and demos, coordinate pilots, build stakeholder relationships, negotiate contracts, maintain pipeline, and partner with Customer Success to implement solutions.

Own the enterprise sales cycle from inbound lead qualification through close. Responsibilities include discovery calls, product demonstrations, pilot coordination, proposal development, commercial negotiations, pipeline forecasting, and customer transitions. Design and launch the main website, create campaigns and brand assets, establish guidelines, collaborate with growth and product teams, and maintain visual quality across the organization. The role requires strong visual design fundamentals, exceptional craftsmanship, and experience shipping interactive web experiences and real products.

Build and lead Pangram Labs’ B2B growth strategy by defining ideal customers and qualified leads, generating demand through paid, SEO, content, events, and outbound channels, nurturing prospects, aligning with sales, and optimizing budgets based on pipeline, cost per lead, CAC, and ROAS.

Build and ship end-to-end product features across consumer and B2B applications. Responsibilities include translating designs into polished UIs, developing backend services and APIs, integrating machine learning capabilities and third-party services, owning instrumentation and observability, reviewing code, and collaborating with Product, Research, Design, and GTM teams.

Build customer-facing product experiences, custom integrations, deployments, and infrastructure. Serve as the technical contact for customers, manage bugs and feature requests, reproduce and resolve issues, support onboarding and API integrations, document customer setups, and provide product feedback. The role requires Python, REST APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, React, and Next.js experience, plus strong technical communication skills.

Train large-scale deep learning models for AI-generated content detection, create synthetic datasets, conduct research in adversarial robustness and interpretability, and develop innovative model improvements. Publish research through technical papers and posts, ship production code, deploy models, build infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn research into product features.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership through inbox and calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, and office operations. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings across time zones, managing itineraries, coordinating vendors and supplies, greeting visitors, and handling facilities-related matters. The role requires discretion, strong organization, proactive judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in an in-person startup environment.

Build machine learning infrastructure spanning large-scale data generation, multi-GPU LLM training, training and inference optimization, and production deployment and monitoring. The role also contributes to AI detection research, publications, and technical innovation. Engineers will develop scalable data pipelines, manage distributed systems, deploy efficient LLM inference services, and collaborate across research and engineering teams in an in-person Brooklyn office.

Own Pangram’s product function across its dashboard, Chrome extension, integrations, API, and future surfaces. Set product direction, prioritize engineering work, define design and technical specifications, lead launches, manage customer feedback, conduct user research, and coordinate engineering, growth, and leadership. The role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency in AI, consumer or prosumer experience, and comfort making tradeoffs in an early-stage environment.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs for an AI detection platform. Own AWS infrastructure, reliability, performance, observability, data pipelines, caching, and production model serving. Collaborate with machine learning and frontend teams, resolve scaling bottlenecks, and establish best practices for testing, deployment, and incident response.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving technical support cases across email, chat, and other channels. Troubleshoot product issues, identify trends, report and validate bugs with Product and Engineering, and maintain support documentation and playbooks. Collaborate with Sales on compliance questionnaires, vendor onboarding, and procurement requests while supporting customer satisfaction and the growth of the support function.

Design and maintain large-scale data pipelines to generate synthetic text, manage distributed multi-GPU LLM training infrastructure, profile and optimize training and inference code, and deploy efficient inference pipelines for serving LLMs in production. Collaborate across research and engineering and contribute to publishing research and innovations.

Lead and build the paid acquisition function: run Google Ads end-to-end, launch and test paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), brief and iterate on creative/copy/landing pages, run weekly experiments, and measure conversions while optimizing CAC, payback, and LTV for consumer and B2B audiences.
