Lead and mentor a team of neurodevelopmental assessors delivering autism assessments. Manage onboarding, rostering, performance, training and safeguarding, use data and project management methods to improve workforce utilisation and patient outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale services.

Deliver high-quality children's ADHD neurodevelopmental assessments, manage caseloads, conduct safeguarding and risk assessments, communicate client-centred findings to families, maintain professional registration and CPD, contribute improvements to clinical software tools, and pass an enhanced DBS with barred list check.

Lead a Product & Engineering squad to design, deliver and optimise internal clinical and operations platforms. Translate clinical and operations needs into scalable technical solutions, write user stories/PRDs, run agile ceremonies, drive data-informed prioritisation, support QA/UAT, manage releases and training, and continuously improve product performance and operational workflows.

Remote role, 3-5 days/week.

Provide full-time remote senior ADHD prescribing for children: initiate, titrate, review medications, act as escalation and team expert, support clinical governance, audits, and EPR/AI tool development to improve safe, efficient prescribing.

Lead product team designing and delivering Paloma's technology-enabled clinical service. Own product strategy, quarterly roadmaps, metrics, documentation standards, and user feedback loops. Line-manage Product and Pathway Managers, embed delivery practices, and ensure scalable clinical pathways and internal technology that improve patient and staff experience while enabling rapid growth.
