Lead and scale Paloma’s 100+ person healthcare operations function, including care delivery, scheduling, capacity, governance, and safeguarding. Own service quality, CQC compliance, workforce planning, operational efficiency, financial performance, and risk management. Deliver high-quality children's ADHD neurodevelopmental assessments remotely, follow safeguarding and risk assessment procedures, maintain CPD and professional registration, manage caseloads and communicate with families, contribute feedback to Paloma's software and AI tools, and work within multidisciplinary pathways including autism and dual assessments.

The Product Manager will own internal clinical and operational platform initiatives, translating service needs into technical solutions. Responsibilities include writing user stories and PRDs, conducting discovery, analysing product metrics, leading agile ceremonies, prioritising delivery, supporting QA and UAT, managing releases and training, and improving system efficiency. The role collaborates across engineering, clinical, product, and operations teams to optimise booking platforms, integrations, automation, and operational infrastructure.

Processes employee lifecycle administration, including right-to-work checks, DBS renewals, professional registrations, references, contracts, payroll changes, onboarding, offboarding, employee data, policy sign-offs, and routine People inbox queries. Maintains accurate HRIS records, safeguards confidential information, identifies compliance risks, self-checks work, and escalates complex issues while supporting high-volume administrative processes.

Build and evaluate LLM-driven applications and agentic systems for clinical workflows. Design and run systematic evaluation pipelines with clinician-built gold datasets, version prompts/pipelines, measure effects before shipping, and integrate AI features into clinical products while championing evaluation-driven development and regulatory-aligned documentation.
