Deliver children's ADHD medication prescribing including initiation, titration, and review; support GP shared-care queries; use Paloma's EPR and AI documentation tools to improve safety and efficiency and contribute ideas to enhance prescribing workflows.

Deliver high-quality remote children's ADHD neurodevelopmental assessments, follow safeguarding and professional registration requirements, manage caseloads, communicate findings in a client-centred way, contribute to multidisciplinary pathway work, and help improve Paloma's software and AI assessment tools.

Build and maintain the Paloma Portal and AI-powered EPR: full-stack development in C#/TypeScript and React, design and integrate REST APIs, deploy containerised cloud-native apps (AWS/GCP), implement event-driven systems and SQL databases, automate user journeys, participate in code reviews, and apply AI/spec-driven tools for process automation and agentic features.
