Lead NHS commissioner relationships and contracts to grow Paloma's NHS services. Manage contract performance with BI and operations, build compelling commercial cases, influence nationally on children's autism and ADHD services, and advocate for families to increase access and contract value.

Provide full-time remote senior ADHD prescribing for children: initiate, titrate, review medications, act as escalation and team expert, support clinical governance, audits, and EPR/AI tool development to improve safe, efficient prescribing.
