Temporary full-time Workplace Coordinator to maintain daily office operations at Palmetto’s Charlotte headquarters. Responsibilities include mail and package handling, badge and parking validation, kitchen and hospitality upkeep, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, event and onboarding support, and general administrative tasks. Requires strong organization, customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment during an August–December contract.

Support capital markets reporting, data operations, and business analysis across tax equity, ABS, and warehouse facilities. Manage and analyze large datasets, build reporting templates and automation, support FP&A/treasury/cash forecasting, liaise with finance and operations teams, and identify process improvements to enhance transparency and efficiency.

Build and operate containerized backend services and APIs to integrate heterogeneous multicloud data sources, enable governed access and metadata/lineage, expose machine-first interfaces for AI agents, support ML workflows, and own CI/CD, observability, performance, and reliability for production services.

Serve as the first point of contact for solar customers via calls, email, and chat. Provide first-level troubleshooting, log interactions in CRM, follow SOPs, set expectations, triage and escalate complex issues, and promote positive customer experiences while meeting FCR, AHT, and CSAT targets.

Manage CEO communications cadence and company-wide internal messaging. Draft, edit, format, repurpose, and publish content across channels; coordinate events, newsletters, and employee campaigns; maintain templates and processes to ensure consistent, timely communications.

Lead day-to-day high-volume accounts payable operations including invoice processing in Stampli/NetSuite/Navan, vendor management, milestone payments, month-end accruals and reconciliations, reporting, audit support, process improvements, and coaching AP staff.

Own strategy and execution for a device data and performance platform: design OEM integrations, normalize and govern device telemetry, build self-service APIs and schemas, enable monitoring/alerting, support consumer-facing data views, and drive roadmap, OKRs, and cross-functional adoption to optimize solar, battery, and emerging energy assets.

Own monthly and quarterly reporting for solar lease, PPA, and battery portfolios; build reporting frameworks for new deals; support investor relations; improve data flows and automate reporting using Microsoft Fabric, BI tools, and AI-assisted tools.
