Build Python and SQL tools, dashboards, automated reporting, and scalable financial models by translating Excel-based structured finance models into code. Build and evaluate complex financial models for tax equity, debt, ABS, and other structured finance transactions. Maintain transaction models and reporting, contribute to executive materials, and improve capital markets processes.

Own monthly and quarterly reporting for solar, PPA, lease, and battery financing portfolios. Build reporting frameworks for new transactions, track performance metrics, maintain audit-ready records, support investor communications, and prepare materials for tax equity and institutional partners. Improve data flows and automate reporting using Microsoft Fabric, BI tools, and AI-assisted solutions while collaborating with Data Analytics, Operations, Finance, Accounting, legal, and deal execution teams.

Owns financial systems enhancement, configuration, controls, testing, master data governance, process mapping, and automation. Serves as a technofunctional bridge between Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, auditors, and external vendors. The role primarily supports NetSuite and related financial applications, manages ITGC and segregation-of-duties controls, coordinates UAT and SDLC documentation, and improves O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.

Supports partner onboarding and compliance tracking by processing applications, following up for missing documents, maintaining accurate records, monitoring licenses, certifications, and insurance expirations, and reviewing compliance flags across multiple markets. The role involves repetitive, detail-oriented administrative work, spreadsheet management, professional email communication, and clearing a backlog of partner reviews. This is a remote, fixed-term one-year position based in the Philippines.

Investigate escalated customer billing complaints involving installers and sales representatives, coordinate with EPCs, customers, CX, CAT, Finance Operations, and Accounting, and recommend resolutions. The specialist reviews system data and customer information, identifies recurring EPC and sales patterns, performs complaint analysis, secures leadership approval, and improves processes to resolve issues and protect customer experience and financial outcomes.

Leads tax equity and tax-efficient financing activities, including capital origination, transaction structuring, negotiations, financial modeling, due diligence, documentation, and closing. Manages relationships with tax equity investors, banks, and financing partners; oversees Palmetto Finance reporting; collaborates with Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, Accounting, and Legal; and develops junior capital markets professionals.

Lead administration and technical ownership of SaaS and core business systems, including Google Workspace, Atlassian tools, ITSM platforms, APIs, and middleware. Architect integrations, automate onboarding and offboarding, manage identity and access, support compliance controls, and improve service delivery. Own IT-focused AI initiatives, mentor junior staff, lead projects, and serve as an escalation point between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Manage the company’s litigation, regulatory investigations, insurance claims, outside counsel, discovery, and e-discovery processes. Develop litigation strategies, oversee pleadings and settlements, advise stakeholders on dispute risks and document retention, conduct internal investigations, monitor litigation portfolios and costs, and provide training on risk mitigation. The role also supports corporate initiatives and process improvements while partnering with legal, IT, insurance, risk, and business teams.

Own and lead Palmetto’s end-to-end SOX 404 compliance program, including scoping, risk assessment, controls documentation, testing, remediation, ITGC evaluation, and audit coordination. Partner with Accounting, Finance, Tax, IT, Legal, and HR to strengthen financial reporting controls. Report program status and metrics to executives and the Audit Committee, deliver controls training, and monitor SEC, PCAOB, and COSO developments.

Supports EPC partners using Palmetto’s renewable-energy financing products by managing portal queues, resolving transaction blockers, providing partner coaching, and handling support requests. The role collaborates with regional Relationship Managers, builds partner relationships, analyzes interaction trends, supports pipeline reviews, and contributes to process and product improvements that increase partner engagement and customer experience.

Lead all investor communications and engagement, owning Palmetto's investor narrative and materials. Serve as primary liaison to equity and debt investors, sell-side analysts, and the investment community. Support capital raises, financing events, investor diligence, and provide leadership and Board with market and sentiment insights. Partner cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and alignment of investor-facing messaging and represent the company at conferences and investor meetings.

Lead reporting, data operations, and analysis for Palmetto Finance funding structures (tax equity, ABS, warehouse). Manage large datasets, build and automate reporting templates, support FP&A/treasury, and coordinate with finance, accounting, asset management, and technology teams to improve workflows and ensure investor reporting and funding strategy alignment.
