Own and lead Palmetto’s end-to-end SOX 404 compliance program, including scoping, risk assessment, controls documentation, testing, remediation, ITGC evaluation, and audit coordination. Partner with Accounting, Finance, Tax, IT, Legal, and HR to strengthen financial reporting controls. Report program status and metrics to executives and the Audit Committee, deliver controls training, and monitor SEC, PCAOB, and COSO developments.

Own monthly and quarterly reporting for Palmetto’s solar lease, PPA, and battery-storage financing portfolio. Build reporting frameworks for new transactions, track performance metrics, maintain audit-ready records, support tax equity and institutional investor communications, and prepare investor data packages. Improve data flows and automate reporting using Microsoft Fabric, BI tools, and AI-assisted workflows while partnering with Data Analytics, Operations, Finance, Accounting, legal, and capital markets teams.

Monitors residential solar system performance, investigates service cases, and remotely troubleshoots inverter, communication, and system issues. Communicates with homeowners, documents cases in Salesforce, manages service queues and SLAs, escalates complex issues, and identifies recurring failure patterns. Collaborates with Service Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to improve monitoring, troubleshooting workflows, remote resolution rates, and service efficiency.

Supports EPC partners using Palmetto’s renewable-energy financing products by managing portal queues, resolving transaction blockers, providing partner coaching, and handling support requests. The role collaborates with regional Relationship Managers, builds partner relationships, analyzes interaction trends, supports pipeline reviews, and contributes to process and product improvements that increase partner engagement and customer experience.

Manage and resolve complex customer escalations from initiation to resolution. Triage severity, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, communicate timely updates to customers, track escalation metrics, identify root causes, recommend process improvements, and support Voice of the Customer initiatives. Serve as a cultural driver to enhance customer trust and support frontline operations as needed.

Manage escalated and complex solar customer cases, serve as escalation point for frontline agents, perform proactive NPS outreach and lead-referral calls, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and support business continuity and load balancing during disruptions.

Manage partner support and financial product processing for small/medium EPCs. Handle ticketing, chat, and portal queues; coach partners and sales reps; collaborate with Relationship Managers to surface insights, improve processes, and drive regional engagement and partner experience.

Lead day-to-day high-volume accounts payable operations including invoice processing in Stampli/NetSuite/Navan, vendor management, milestone payments, month-end accruals and reconciliations, reporting, audit support, process improvements, and coaching AP staff.

Lead all investor communications and engagement, owning Palmetto's investor narrative and materials. Serve as primary liaison to equity and debt investors, sell-side analysts, and the investment community. Support capital raises, financing events, investor diligence, and provide leadership and Board with market and sentiment insights. Partner cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and alignment of investor-facing messaging and represent the company at conferences and investor meetings.

Lead reporting, data operations, and analysis for Palmetto Finance funding structures (tax equity, ABS, warehouse). Manage large datasets, build and automate reporting templates, support FP&A/treasury, and coordinate with finance, accounting, asset management, and technology teams to improve workflows and ensure investor reporting and funding strategy alignment.
