Oversee daily manufacturing operations by planning schedules, assigning work, managing staffing, enforcing safety and quality standards, coaching employees, supporting training and hiring, maintaining operational records, and identifying workflow and productivity improvements. The role also monitors facility conditions, equipment compliance, housekeeping, and employee performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include entering orders, checking pricing and availability in Eclipse, supporting estimates and bids, contacting customers, analyzing sales trends, completing reports, and developing customer relationships. The role provides cross-functional exposure to purchasing, credit, warehousing, and distribution while preparing the employee for future outside sales opportunities.

Oversee warehouse and production operations for building materials, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, logistics, fleet coordination, facility management, safety, inventory, vendor contracts, and continuous improvement. Lead warehouse personnel, coordinate deliveries, resolve customer and shipper issues, maintain operating procedures, and improve distribution workflows, service levels, and operational efficiency.

Leads high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for operations, warehouse, CDL driver, and frontline roles across multiple locations. Develops sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, partners with operational leaders, evaluates candidates, monitors recruiting metrics, improves hiring processes, maintains ATS accuracy and compliance, mentors recruiters, supports workforce planning, and represents the company at recruiting events.

Designs, administers, facilitates, and improves enterprise learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, early-career and apprenticeship initiatives. Develops instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced content; manages LMS records and compliance reporting; partners with leaders to address capability gaps; evaluates training effectiveness; supports change initiatives; and coaches employees and managers on development and career growth.

Leads the strategy, administration, performance, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of the enterprise application ecosystem. Oversees Microsoft Dynamics 365, cloud applications, integrations, automation, release management, vendor relationships, budgets, and application lifecycle processes. Partners with executives and functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, manages technical teams, monitors application KPIs, and supports organizational readiness for system changes.
