Leads the strategy, administration, performance, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of the enterprise application ecosystem. Oversees Microsoft Dynamics 365, cloud applications, integrations, automation, release management, vendor relationships, budgets, and application lifecycle processes. Partners with executives and functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, manages technical teams, monitors application KPIs, and supports organizational readiness for system changes.

Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, equipment, and safety. Coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze performance metrics, implement process improvements, resolve customer and operational issues, and lead staff development to optimize logistics and service levels.

Lead the companys finance function including accounting, FP&A, treasury, risk, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and audits. Advise CEO and Board, evaluate investments and M&A, manage banking relationships, and build scalable finance processes while developing finance team talent.
