The role requires sales experience, strong communication skills, a real estate licence, driver’s licence, National Police Clearance, and White Card.

Leads and motivates an on-site sales team to exceed targets, develops sales strategies, manages homeowner relationships, and delivers premium customer experiences. The role collaborates with marketing and operations on campaigns and events, monitors sales performance and market trends, maintains luxury display homes, and supports prospective homeowners through their homeownership journey. Weekend flexibility and property or high-end sales management experience are expected.

Provides accounts receivable and administrative support for lifestyle resorts. Responsibilities include processing rent, site fees, utilities, invoices and receipts; managing resident files, arrears, dishonours and agreements; preparing compliance notices and tribunal applications; handling banking, mail and inquiries; and supporting resort staff, sales teams and residents. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, Microsoft Office and accounting or property-management systems experience.
