The Territory Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, securing new business, understanding product lines, and preparing sales documentation in the coatings market.

Prepare and mix custom coatings by blending pigments, resins, solvents, and additives. Verify color accuracy using spectrophotometers and visual inspection, perform quality tests, maintain formulas and records, operate/maintain mixing equipment, collaborate with production/suppliers/clients, troubleshoot color issues, and follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
