Mix paints using standard and custom formulas while coordinating Color Lab workflow, maintaining formula documentation and custom color libraries, calibrating and maintaining equipment, and supporting aerospace customers. The role includes customer service, inventory assistance, compliant waste disposal, and consultation with aerospace designers and paint shop managers. Candidates must understand color theory, perceive color differences, operate material-handling equipment, lift heavy loads, and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Provides bilingual English-Spanish customer service and inside sales support in an office and warehouse environment. Responsibilities include processing orders, quotes, purchase orders, and sales transactions; responding to customer inquiries; supporting outside sales teams; preparing shipping paperwork; assisting with warehouse tasks and inventory; coordinating vendor purchasing; and maintaining customer and vendor relationships. The role also requires regulatory training, occasional overnight travel, and driving for company business.
