Improve reliability, scalability, and security; monitor system health through metrics, logs, and alerts; participate in 24/7 on-call rotations; support infrastructure rollouts; and contribute to agile planning and technical improvements.

Build, operate, and improve PagerDuty’s foundational infrastructure, including networking, compute platforms, Kubernetes clusters, and ingress systems. Harden and scale cloud-native systems, monitor health through metrics and logs, support infrastructure rollouts, and participate in 24/7 on-call incident response. Collaborate through agile processes and recommend innovative tools and approaches to improve reliability, scalability, and security.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution for PagerDuty-hosted and third-party sponsored B2B events and trade shows. Manage logistics, vendors, agencies, staffing, budgets, and on-site operations while partnering with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams. Develop enablement resources, track event performance, analyze metrics, optimize programs, and communicate plans and results to executives and stakeholders. The role supports pipeline creation, customer acquisition, registration targets, executive meetings, and brand growth.
