Develop PadSplit’s Boston property-owner marketplace by prospecting, conducting outreach, presenting value propositions, modeling financial benefits, nurturing relationships, negotiating and closing Host agreements, and coordinating onboarding. The role also tracks CRM metrics, monitors real estate trends and regulations, and educates owners through meetings, webinars, and presentations. Success requires sales ability, real estate knowledge, strong communication, analytical skills, independence, adaptability, and collaboration in a remote startup environment.

Build and maintain reliable data ingestion, transformation, and modeling pipelines using Python, Dagster or Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Airbyte, and AWS. Responsibilities include API and PostgreSQL extracts, Parquet and Snowflake loads, production monitoring, troubleshooting, backfills, incremental modeling, code reviews, Terraform updates, documentation, and runbooks. Partner with analytics and product teams on dimensional modeling, data quality, and pipeline reliability.

Leads QA, IT operations, and Security teams; sets quality strategy, expands test automation and CI/CD quality gates, evaluates AI-assisted testing, modernizes internal tooling and SaaS management, establishes IT service standards, and owns security roadmaps, risk management, vulnerability processes, incident response, and team development.

Lead architecture and development of PadSplit's payments, billing, collections, and ledger systems. Drive bank and payment-processor integrations, ensure transaction integrity, reliability, and compliance, mentor senior engineers, lead incident response, and evaluate payment and AI technologies to improve financial experiences.

The Account Executive will expand PadSplit’s marketplace by prospecting and engaging property owners and real estate investors to become Hosts. Responsibilities include lead qualification, cold outreach, discovery calls, value presentations, relationship management, financial modeling, negotiations, closing deals, onboarding coordination, CRM tracking, market research, and educational sessions. The role is fully remote and focused on growing shared housing opportunities in Denver.

The Account Executive will engage and qualify leads, deliver effective sales presentations, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Responsible for prospecting and qualifying property owners, conducting outreach and discovery calls, presenting PadSplitvalue propositions, tailoring hosting solutions, closing deals, coordinating onboarding, tracking CRM metrics, and hosting educational sessions to grow PadSplit Hosts in the Chicago market.

Lead strategy and execution to launch and scale new PadSplit markets: build repeatable playbooks, grow partner ecosystems, drive referrals, improve occupancy and NPS, use data to optimize performance, and hire and develop market teams.

Lead the Supply Growth product pod to define strategy, prioritize roadmap, and partner with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and support to accelerate property activations. Run user research, experiments, and analytics to improve activation funnels and KPIs, lead agile rituals, and communicate progress to stakeholders and executives.

Design, build, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle marketing journeys for hosts. Manage automation flows in Iterable, Pardot, and SFMC; troubleshoot HTML/CSS; run A/B tests; query and verify audience data with SQL; integrate event triggers via APIs/webhooks; analyze performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Lead platform strategy and architecture to scale backend systems. Improve reliability, observability, and developer productivity. Mentor engineers, drive technical standards, and build cloud-native Django services on AWS with Postgres performance tuning.
