Own end-to-end content creation and planning across websites, blogs, email, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Develop founder narratives, leadership profiles, campaigns, and sustainability communications while maintaining brand consistency. Optimize SEO content, run A/B tests, track performance metrics, coordinate agencies and designers, and support internal and external events. The role also involves reputation monitoring, stakeholder collaboration, and using AI tools to improve content workflows and output.

Leads mechanical product development from ideation through prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and field implementation. Creates SolidWorks CAD models, drawings, assemblies, and BOMs; optimizes designs for performance, cost, and sustainability; and manages projects, timelines, budgets, vendors, and manufacturing coordination. Provides hands-on fabrication and on-ground implementation support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative sustainable products.

Design and maintain brand-consistent digital, print, web, social media, campaign, employer branding, presentation, and event assets. Collaborate with content, brand, leadership, agencies, and internal teams to translate briefs into visual materials, manage feedback, support UI assets, and improve design workflows using Figma, Adobe tools, and AI design technologies.

Drive B2B sales of menstrual hygiene products across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include lead generation, client relationship management, product demonstrations, awareness sessions, pricing negotiation, deal closure, sales reporting, target achievement, competitor monitoring, marketing collaboration, and after-sales support. The role requires extensive field travel and engagement with corporate clients, educational institutions, malls, and government organizations.
