Manage the full contract renewal lifecycle for assigned clients, including outreach, follow-ups, queries, escalations, documentation, invoicing, and agreement processing. Track renewal statuses and forecasts in CRM systems, coordinate with sales, finance, operations, legal, and documentation teams, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Contribute client feedback and insights to retention strategies while maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate records.

Support corporate account management by coordinating service delivery, responding to client queries, tracking site performance, preparing meetings and QBRs, drafting communications, maintaining CRM records, and producing impact reports and recycling certificates. Collaborate with Operations, Impact, and Marketing teams to resolve escalations and share client feedback. The role is Mumbai-based and offers a growth path toward Key Account Manager.

Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and pipeline management. Assist with job descriptions, employer branding, HR communications, employee engagement, training coordination, employee records, and HR documentation.
