Collects, validates, analyzes, and presents operational data to support cross-functional decision-making. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, creating reports and dashboards, identifying trends and inefficiencies, automating reporting processes, and safeguarding sensitive information. The role requires advanced spreadsheet skills, visualization tools, basic SQL knowledge, and experience with operational metrics. It is full-time and Pune-based, with growth opportunities toward business intelligence or operations strategy.

Own PadCare’s government sales cycle across India, from identifying opportunities and engaging public-sector decision-makers to managing GeM listings, tenders, bids, negotiations, and purchase-order closures. Build relationships with municipalities, government departments, universities, hospitals, PSUs, and transport networks. Maintain the sales pipeline, CRM records, order-book targets, and market intelligence while traveling extensively across India.

Verifies and reconciles customer, order, agreement, tax, and onboarding data across business systems and supporting documents. Investigates missing or conflicting information, coordinates corrections with internal stakeholders, manages approved data changes, maintains verification and discrepancy trackers, and re-verifies records through closure. The role also identifies recurring data-quality issues and recommends process improvements.
