You will verify business records, investigate missing or conflicting information, trace details across documents and systems, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. • Investigation & Resolution: Identify discrepancies, trace missing information across business portals, emails, shared folders and historical records, and determine what evidence or clarification is required.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Sales, Key Account Management, Finance, Operations, Admin and Technology teams to obtain missing information, resolve discrepancies and close pending cases.
  • Data Updates & Change Control: Review requests for data changes, verify supporting evidence and approvals, coordinate authorised updates, and maintain accurate records of changes made.
  • Tracking & Process Improvement: Maintain trackers for discrepancies and pending cases, monitor resolution timelines, identify recurring data issues and recommend improvements to verification processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to checking information.
  • Good logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and trace information across multiple sources.
  • Ability to distinguish verified information from assumptions and identify when additional evidence or approval is required.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ownership to follow up until issues are resolved.
  • Basic to good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Comfort working with web-based portals and learning new digital tools.
  • Prior experience in data verification, documentation, order processing, master data or back-office operations is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of GST, ERP or CRM systems is an added advantage, not a requirement.
  • Culture Fit: Alignment with PadCare’s values of Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Collaboration, Customer-First and Innovation.
  • Work mode: Full-time; Pune
